Pani Heights Apartments is a recent project marketed by Arcadia Marketing (Pvt) Limited and newspaper advertisements have been published offering 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed luxury apartments on installments. These apartments are planned to be located in Sector D-17 near Sandemar Dam which is an idyllic location for construction of such high rise plazas.
Pani Heights is a project of Azam Ghouri Property and WAS Solutions. The project was floated in the market for booking on April 2015 without acquisition of NOC from CDA, hence the authority has published a notice warning general public not to indulge in any sale/purchase activity in this project.
If it were a legally sound project, we would have recommended it for investment due to the attractive location and carefully carved out design of apartments.

CDA has asked the sponsors to submit required documents to apply for NOC of the said project, failing which legal action will be taken against the whole group involved in the construction/sales/marketing of Pani Heights Apartments.
