HRL offers a flexible 2-year payment plan for its residential villas, that too at discounted prices. While the official prices of these villas have been revised multiple times, the company (HRL + FDHL) has come up with a special payment plan which allows you to book your villa at 20% down payment, while remaining amount can be paid in 2 years through 8 equal quarterly installments.
