MPCHS Announces Annual Public Meeting (AGM) in December 2022
The Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS) has announced the annual public meeting. According to the management, MPCHS AGM meeting will be held on 28 December 2022, the event will be held in G-Block of B-17 Multi Gardens Islamabad. MPCHS AGM meeting 2022 with start at 12:30 p.m. sharp and members are requested to attend this event.
The main purpose of MPCHS AGM meeting is to brief the members of different projects of MPCHS about different development and upcoming planning and upcoming policies of Multi Professional Cooperative Society.
Following projects will be discussed in the meeting and members with property in any of these societies are requested to attend the event:
- Islamabad Gardens E-11 Islamabad
- Tele Gardens F-17 Islamabad
- Multi Gardens B-17 Islamabad
- Multi Gardens Phase 2
- Multi Orchard and Residencia Islamabad
MPCHS has invited all the members that belong to any of the above-mentioned societies. Moreover, only the members are allowed to attend this event. Allotment letters or payment receipts are required for entrance to the MPCHS AGM meeting. Furthermore, members are requested to bring the original CNIC along with them. For the facilitation of members, MPCHS has arranged transportation and pickup will be from GPO Saddar Rawalpindi, Barrier no 3 Wah Cantt, and MPCHS Head office G-8 Markaz Islamabad.

- The meeting will start with the Quran Recitation and reception of the Chairman of MPCHS.
- The performance report of society will be presented at this event.
- Briefing of audit report 2021-2022 and approval of budget 2022-2023.
- Details of different agreements made with companies, development firms, and consultants.
- Briefing of promotions, appointments, and firing of employees of MPCHS.
- Details of land acquired for the projects of MPCHS and briefing about agreements of landscaping and groundwork.
- Briefing about development, and construction work in different schemes along with paid bills, service, and extension of projects under MPCHS.
- Approval of the layout plans of schemes under MPCHS.
- The adjustment, resizing and finalization of plots according to the latest layout plans approved by administrative authorities.
- Approval of plots and membership cancellation of consumers that failed to clear the dues against their properties.
- Briefing about the buying of vehicles for security teams in the project.
- The details of total rebate and premium paid by the management of MPCHS.
- Discussion on present problems, other approval, and matters of the society.
