Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation has finally decided to issue allotment letters to those federal government employees who have been given plots in Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme Islamabad.
According to the news, FGEHF will issue 2500 allotment letter and the process will commence right away on first come first served basis. Actual number of plots in this housing scheme were 3200 but due to flaws in the layout plan, 700 plots were dropped. However, the scheme is being extended to cover 10,000 kanals of land so more plots will be issed in the next phase of development and remaining employees will be given plots in phase 2 of Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme.
As soon as allotment letters are issued, sale and purchase in this scheme will commence and prices will gradually rise. These plots are being given to federal employees at nominal price with 3 years installment plan.
