FGEHA will Issue Allotment Letters for Park Road Housing Scheme Soon

News: The Federal Government Employees Housing Society (FGEHA) has announced good news for the members of the Park Road Housing Scheme Islamabad. FGEHA will soon issue the allotment letters of plots of Park Road Housing Society to the rightful owners. The allotments will be issued to people falling under the constitutional quota of the society. FGEHA announced this news on 30 January 2023.

Park Road Housing Society is a modern housing project that offers a luxury lifestyle to the residents of Islamabad. It is a joint venture of the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority. NESPAK is the design and development consultant of Park Road Housing Society it falls in the Mauza Tamma and Mauza Mariyan of Islamabad. The society will develop 5,690 plots in total, where 2,345 are reserved for FGEHA employees and 2,345 are reserved for SCBAP employees.

According to the latest updates, FGEHA was unable to allot the plots to the employees of both constitutional bodies due to several different issues. The main problem was the matters of Park Road Housing Society were placed in the courts due to legalization issues. However, the authorities have successfully cleared all the issues and completed the formalities of courts and governing authorities.

Now, FGEHA will issue the consent for allotment and plots will be allotted to the members. Furthermore, it is also important that the allotments will be issued for members that are registered under the constitutional quota. It is also important to note that the FGEHA works with the collaboration of the Pakistan Engineering Council, NESPAK, and the building codes of Pakistan 2007.
