Defence Housing Authority Quetta (DHAQ) has published a notice for the information of general public regarding sale purchase of plot files in DHA Quetta Housing Scheme. DHA had issued plot files against land to the land owners, which are selling in the market at good price, and general public is buying those files for long term investment.
According to the notice, DHA has informed general public, who are interested in sale purchase of DHA Quetta files, to undertake their deals through registered/authorized property consultants only.
Additionally, the buyer must get the file/documents verified from DHA Quetta Main Office, Airport Road, before carrying out the transaction.
If done otherwise, DHA will not take any responsibility for legal issues in the process.
