A formal ceremony for the computerized balloting process has been organized at Rida Marriage Hall, Main GT Road, Gujranwala, on Wednesday, 4th April, 2018.
Following advertisement was published by DHA in Daily Dunya Newspaper:
DHA Gujranwala will close all routine operations by 12:00 PM on the balloting day. All those applicant, who can easily participate in the balloting ceremony, should reach the venue before 3:30 PM to find out their balloting results.

DHA has issued unique ballot numbers against all applications that have been communicated to the applicants through SMS. DHA will include all ballot numbers in the computerized balloting process, and successful applicants will be allotted 5 marla plots. The applicants will be able to check their balloting results using their ballot numbers only, so it is important to make sure that your ballot number is included in the database. If an applicant has not received any SMS confirmation and ballot number, he must immediately contact DHA Gujranwala to resolve the issue.
Situation After Balloting Results
Depending on the large number of applications, and expected failure rate – which is normally more than 95% – profit rates will escalate right after the balloting results are announced. It is expected that sale purchase activity will ensue right after the balloting, as profit will keep adding up over time.
