Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society Islamabad announced its M block about 2 months ago where almost all plots have been booked now except for some plots availability at random locations and the development work could not be started in time due to the heavy rains in the area.
The society held a ceremony last week on 29th of September where officials of PECHS and EXTOL developers as well as members of the society were invited. Possession for K block was announced in that ceremony including extensions of K block as the development work had been completed in K block so allotteees are now allowed to start construction of their residential and commercial projects.
The Developers i.e. EXTOL also inaugurated development work in M block which is located just opposite to the K block. M block was launched about 2 months ago but development work could not be started there due to the heavy rains in that area. Now the development work has started in M block and it is hoped that its development work will also be completed in record time and possession will be given before the end of 2014.
