CDA has finally awarded the contract of residual development work of Park Enclave Housing Scheme Islamabad. The project was stalled for past couple of years despite CDA having received billions of rupees from general public. Park Enclave phase 1 is partially developed where some possessions were announced, while phase 2 is entirely non-developed.
CDA has been directed by the incumbent government to resolve all issues of the stalled sectors and resume development work in order to relieve general public. In this context, the authority has addressed all technical and administrative issues hindering this project, and finally the contract was awarded at 32% less than estimated cost.
CDA has directed the contractor to mobilize the machinery as soon as possible so that development work can be started without any further delay. Member engineering has been directed to ensure the quality of work and monitor the progress. Furthermore, project director has been directed to complete the development work within stipulated time so that general public can construct their homes on their allotted plots.
