Capital Development Authority (CDA) is interested to carry out topographic survey of Sectors C-13, C-14, D-13 and Park Enclave 2 including Brick Kilns Area Islamabad.
A public notice is given out by CDA sharing details of the project and seeking tenders from registered survey firms who are registered with Survey of Pakistan under the Surveying and Mapping Act, 2014.
According to the definition of Topography, it is the art or practice of graphic delineation in detail usually on maps or charts of natural and man-made features of a place or region especially in a way to show their relative positions and elevations.
CDA has briefly described its survey requirement in the notice. The survey is to be carried out at 2 feet Contour Interval and all the Natural and Mad-Made Features are to be shown. Total area is approximately 11,900 Kanals. The rate per kanal is to be quoted by the interested Survey Firms and the payment would be made as per round measurements. Drawings Hard and soft copies are to be provided on 1:1,000 and 1:4,000 Scales with layer wise details of every physical feature.
All interested firms are requested to apply to Deputy Director (Land Survey Division) before February 13, 2015 during Office Hours alongwith profile of the firm including details of staff for carrying out survey, survey equipments, transport, tasks already completed and other details relating to the job.
The Tenders will be opened in the office of Director Urban Planning, CDA, on 17th February, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. The job is to be completed within two months from the date of issuance of formal letter.
