Capital Development Authority (CDA) is organizing a grand auction of commercial plots at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad on 17th February, 2015.
There are various locations in Islamabad where CDA have not auctioned commercial plots yet. Many commercial plots are available in the main markaz areas of G and F sectors of Islamabad where CDA auctions such commercial plots to generate funds.
Details on the plots which are to be auctioned are not available to us, however those are ideally located in the commercial centers of Islamabad and having all civic amenities.
This is indeed an exceptional opportunity to invest in the capital city, however it requires hundreds of millions of budget to be able to grab exclusive commercials through the auction.
