CDA has recently issued a letter announcing cancellation of NOC of Ministry of Interior Housing Scheme (MIECHS) located in sector G-16 Islamabad.
According to the letter, CDA had approved NOC of MIECHS in October 2010 that was subject to the following conditions:
- Submission of design of STP for the scheme area
- At site demarcation of the land transferred in the name of CDA comprising Parks, Public Building Areas, Graveyards etc.
- Demarcation of residential and commercial plots mortgaged in the name of CDA
- Submission of Fards, Certified Aks Shajra to verify the complete ownership of land in the name of MIECHS by October 02, 2017.
According to CDA, MIECHS didn’t comply with the above conditions and did not submit the requisite documents despite final notice. Therefore, the NOC is being cancelled/withdrawn with immediate affect.
