The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has officially announced a public auction of premium commercial plots in Islamabad, scheduled to be held over three days: 15th, 16th, and 17th July 2025. The event will take place at Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad, starting at 10:00 AM daily.
Plots Offered for Auction
CDAÂ has been regularly conducting open auctions of premium commercial properties over the past several years. These events have proven to be a successful model for both the CDA and investors seeking the best property deals in Islamabad. Auction Terms & Conditions
- Building Plan Approval: Will be granted after the first 25% payment of the plot price.
- No Additional Charges: No extra fees will be charged for site or marketing office use during the approved construction period.
- Plot Possession: Will be handed over after 75% payment, along with submission of a bank guarantee for the remaining amount.
- Tax Policy: Taxes will be collected on a pro-rata basis or as per the applicable Finance Act.
