Future Developments Holdings Private Limited (FDHL) has announced the final discount & surcharge waiver policy for the residential & commercial plots located in all sectors of Capital Smart City Islamabad. This is a highly attractive opportunity for those members who want to retain their plots, but have their installments outstanding with heavy surcharges imposed due to non-payment, as they can now pay off their outstanding installments and avail 100% surcharge waiver along with a substantial discount on the due amount.
It is important to note that it is a final & limited-time policy that will expire after 30th June 2025. Therefore, members must clear their due payments till the given deadline to avail this offer.
What is the Discount Policy?
According to this policy, members can avail discount on payment of due or advanced installments as per the following rate:
- 3% discount on due installments
- 4% discount on advanced installments
- 5% discount if the advanced payment amount is equal to or above 50% of the plot price
Note: There is no limit on depositing the number of due or advanced installments to avail maximum discount.
Exceptions
This discount & surcharge waiver policy will not apply to the following:
- Smart Villas, Villa Apartments or any other built-up property
- If the payment is made through file merging/JV account
File Cancellation
As mentioned in the policy letter, the society will cancel the file or nullify the location of those plots which fail to pay off their due installments by the given deadline, i.e. 30th June 2025. This is a serious warning, so members should clear their dues without delay in order to preserve their plot locations or files.
