Bahria Town Karachi has issued a public notice with cancellation warning for such file owners who have failed to pay off their outstanding installments. Moreover, owners of apartments and homes who have paid up to 14 installments till date are advised to pay off their 15th and 16th installment by 25th May 2018, failing which Bahria Town will permanently cancel all such files.
This cancellation warning applies to all such plots, homes and apartment owners who are short of 2 or more outstanding installments. Final payment date is 25th May 2018, and Bahria Town will waive off 100% surcharge after full payment of outstanding installments.
