Bahria Town is getting a bit more strict with all such allottees who have plots at premium locations in premium projects at Bahria Town Karachi. It has reiterated the cancellation policy in its latest public notice regarding Bahria Golf City, Bahria Farm Houses and Jinnah Avenue Commercial.
According to the notice, all such allottees of Bahria Golf City, Bahria Farm Houses and Jinnah Avenue Commercial, who have two or more outstanding installments must submit their dues by 28th February 2018. Otherwise, bahria town will cancel those allotments and refund the paid amount to allottees after 25% deduction.
Bahria Town has already canceled files in many old projects as per their cancellation policy, so this warning should be taken seriously. All such members who have files in aforementioned projects should either clear their dues or sell out their properties in order to avoid any inconvenience in future.
