Bahria Town Karachi has issued a public notice warning defaulters of new projects i.e. Ali Block, Bahria Heights, Bahria Golf City, Bahria Sports City and Bahria Farm Houses to cancel their allotments in case they fail to clear their outstanding dues by 15th April 2017.
Bahria Town already cancelled thousands of files of defaulters in old bookings on 10th November 2016, which could be restored later by merging Lahore Green Valley files, but the whole process became quite a nuisance and cost extra money to unblock files.
So, this time it is advisable to pay outstanding installments before 15th April in order to avoid any such hassle. As per policy, bahria town has right to cancel all those files in which two consecutive installments are not paid. So, you can keep just one installment outstanding in order to be secure.
