Bahria Town Karachi has rolled out a notification announcing extension in deadline of various merging options. We had shared details of Bahria Sports City and Bahria Paradise merging policy earlier, wherein you could merge paid amount of one file into another file of same block. Similar merging policy was available for Bahria Heights and Commercials, but now this option is being closed by Bahria Town Karachi.
According to the notice, the merging policy for the following options has been extended till 9th August 2019:
- Bahria Sports City
- Bahria Paradise
- Large Commercials
- Bahria Heights
Moreover, the applied NDC for merger will remain valid till 31st August 2019.
Please note that this merging deadline has nothing to do with the adjustment option which is being offered by private builders to buy shops/office/flats by adjusting 100% amount of your disputed files.
