Bahria Town Karachi has issued a public notice to warn all such file owners of Bahria Sports City and Bahria Paradise who are in default of 2 or more installments. Bahria Town has announced the last date to submit due installments i.e. 30th May 2018, failing which all short paid files will be canceled and refund will be given as per company policy.
As we already know that Supreme Court has advised general public not to pay their installments to Bahria Town, instead a separate account will be created under the Supreme Court where members will submit their installments. Bahria Town doesn’t seem to take that decision seriously, and it is constantly trying to push members to pay off their outstanding installments directly to bahria town, or else their files could be canceled.
