DHA Margalla Enclave has relaunched a new booking of residential plots at 30% higher prices along with an exclusive booking of commercial plots.
The residnetial plots are offered through computerized ballot of applications, so interested buyers can apply online to register for the ballot.
On the other hand, the commercial plots are being offered through an auction. DHA has disclosed the base prices of 5 marla and 10 marla commercial plots that are being offered with 3 years installments plan.
However, interested buyers will need to follow the application procedure & pay some initial amount to participate in the auction. Highest bidders will be able to purchase these commercial plots through the auction.
Last date to apply for application of residential & commercial plots is November 03, 2025.
