DHA Acquires Margalla Orchards Scheme on Park Road Islamabad

Park Road Housing Scheme, a joint venture housing project between Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan & FGEHA, has now been officially acquired by DHA. DHA has recently moved a large number of machinery at the project site, and commenced development works on the basic infrastructure.

This is a huge development for existing members of SCBAP, FGEHA & General Public who had invested in this well-placed housing scheme and waited for years for such mega windfall. Acquisition by DHA means swift development & upsurge in plot prices, so this is a very positive development for Park Road Housing Scheme which has now been renamed as "Margalla Orchards".
