Well there is hardly any development in these premium cda sectors.. actually there were some complications in acquiring land in f14 and f15, which caused this much delay..
However, there is some positive news from FGEHA.. transfers have been opened, more than 3600 kanals of land has been acquired and development is scheduled to resume from January 2026. So, vibes are positive and rates are actually going up.
Currently 1 kanal is nearly 2 crore as per location.. can you pls share your plot details?
