Pakistan Navy Benevolent Association (PNBA) is coming with a new housing scheme along Thalian Interchange, Motorway M-2, Islamabad. The society, “Anchorage 2” or “Naval Anchorage 2”, is currently at pre-launch stage, while its residential & commercial plot files are currently available in the market on installments, as well as on lump sum payment.
According to market sources, PNBA has acquired about 3000 kanals of land at thalian Interchange along both sides of Motorway M-2, Islamabad. The actual plan will span over about 10,000 kanals of land, therefore, the land purchase process is currently in progress.
PNBA has assigned the land acquisition task to certain registered land providers, who are actively acquiring land at the specified area and transferring it to PNBA against the residential & commercial plot files as per their decided formula.
While the land acquisition is currently in progress, the master planning task has been assigned to NESPAK to finalize the initial master plan of Naval Anchorage 2 Housing Scheme. Once the master plan is finalized, the project will be officially launched and development will ensue.
Project Location Map
Naval Anchorage 2 is ideally located near new Islamabad Interchange, right next to Thalian Interchange and Faisal Town Phase 2 Society. Once you cross the interchange, you will see several markings of PNBA along both sides of Motorway M-2.

These residential & commercial plots are currently available on lumpsum payments, however, some land providers are also offering the residential plots at a bit higher prices with a flexible 3 years installments plan.

Official Launch Date
There is no official news regarding the launch date of Naval Anchorage 2 Housing Scheme, however it is expected to take a couple of month while further project land is being acquired & the master plan is being finalized. We will update as soon as there is any official announcement regarding the project launch.
