DHA Margalla Enclave is once again making headlines with the relaunch of its second round of booking applications, following the overwhelming success of its initial launch in February 2025. The latest phase not only offers premium residential plots but also includes a very limited number of commercial plots, which will be allocated through a restricted auction among registered applicants who submit booking forms with a participation deposit.
Plot Sizes
Following residential plot sizes are available for booking in Margalla Enclave Islamabad:
- 5 Marla
- 10 Marla
- 1 Kanal
Following commercial plots sizes are available for booking in Margalla Enclave Islamabad:
- 5 Marla (133.25 SQY)
- 10 Marla (266.50 SQY)
Please note that only 5 plots in 5 marla category and 5 plots in 10 marla category will be allocated through the auction.
Plot Prices
DHA Margalla Enclave new prices of residential plots are exactly 30% higher than those in previous launch. This is a significant hike in residential plot prices, that will ultimately improve the resale value & demand of earlier bookings. As regards the commercial plots, the reserve auction prices are already significantly higher, but we have yet to wait for the auction to see final prices.
Residential Plot Prices

- You have to pay the non-refundable processing fee in order to apply for booking.
- You can choose your payment plan with plot size at the time of application.
- Allocation will be subject to success in the computerized ballot that will be conducted after the bookings are closed.
- These prices do not include applicable DHA Charges & Government Taxes.
Commercial Plot Prices
Below are the reserve auction prices of 5 marla & 10 marla commercial plots in Margalla Enclave Islamabad:
Please note that:
- You have to pay the non-refundable processing fee in order to apply for commercial plots.
- A refundable initial bid amount of PKR 0.9 million will be required to participate in the bidding process.
- Given prices are exclusive of applicable DHA Charges & Government Taxes.
- Final price of commercial plots will be decided in the restricted auction.
- Special discounts will apply on lumpsum payment or a payment period less than 3 years.
Application Process
Interested applicants can register online at the official website of Margalla Enclave to submit their online application forms & pay registration amount through online payment methods including card payment, online bank transfer & Kuickpay.
Alternatively, they can visit DHA Head Office to fill out & submit their application forms & pay registration amount in the form of pay order in favor of “Margalla Enclave” (NTN # F907422-6).
Application Deadline
DHA Margalla Enclave new bookings will close on 3rd November, 2025. There won’t be any extension in the deadline, so interested individuals & registered firms are advised to apply for these premium residential & commercial plots before the deadline.
