CDA has recently issued a public notice warning general public to stay away from mixed use commercial and residential building projects in Gulberg Islamabad and B-17 Islamabad.
According to the notice, the following projects have not obtained NOC from CDA:
- Akbar Arcade in Gulberg Greens Islamabad
- Samama Mall & Residency in Gulberg Greens Islamabad
- Golden Heights in Gulberg Greens Islamabad
- Abbas Arcade in MPCHS B-17 Islamabad
The given projects are being advertised by Star Marketing (pvt) Limited, Sweet Homes Market (pvt) Limited, and Earth Marketing (pvt) Limited.
CDA has advised general public and investors not to invest in the given projects and always seek CDA approval letter before making investment in any project in Islamabad.
