Gulberg Islamabad has recently launched new cutting of 5 marla plots in its Residencia block. These plots are given to lower rank IB employees and some of them have sold out these plots in the market. Trading of these plots has started at good profit.
Location of these 5 marla plots is expected to lie close to A block which is the height area at the entrance of Residencia, therefore it is more appealing for general buyers & investors. Some investors also say these plots will be located near T block where IBECHS has purchased a large area of land.
Price and payment plan has not come out yet, however expected price of these plots is around 8 lac rupees which is affordable for majority for investors and low income buyers.
Currently just membership forms have come out and nothing has been paid on it. These forms are trading in the market at around 2.50 lac profit as per today’s rate (28/11/2014).
5 Marla plots seem to have high demand in the market and profit rate is going well. The appealing factors are low prices & location of these plots, therefore profit rate is expected to go further up within next few days.
