CBRECHS Islamabad has rolled out an advertisement in the local newspapers regarding auction of commercial and residential plots in new blocks of CBR Town Phase 2 Islamabad. CBR Phase 2 is currently a hot investment option due to its location near Thalian Interchange, and Rawalpindi Ring Road that will connect it to new Islamabad Airport and Motorway M-2.
According to the advertisement, CBRECHS is going to sell 40 commercial plots measuring 40×35 adjacent to 200 ft wide expressway at Block H & Block I in CBR Town Phase 2 Islamabad through open auction. The opening bid for these commercial plots is 39 lacs, and plots will be sold on first come first served basis. Moreover, a few residential plots measuring 30×70 will also be auctioned, and bid will start from 17 lacs per plot.
The auction will be held on 7th April 2018 at the site office of CBR Town Phase 2. Interested parties can visit the site office on auction day to place their bid and buy the plots on full payment. It is important to mention that buyers will need to pay full amount of plot within 15 days of the auction.
