Since the launch of Bahria Enclave Phase 2, people have suffered heavy losses as bahria town dropped the project and these files were being used only for merging.
Recently, bahria town has come out with a policy that bahria enclave phase 2 owners having 5 marla, 10 marla or 1 kanal residential plots can return their file to bahria town and bahria will refund 90% of the paid amount to the owners.
Since, market prices were far lower than this refund price, therefore this policy has caused file prices to improve. There is no better incentive available to the bahria enclave 2 affectees, therefore it is better to get rid of your files by taking benefit of this refund policy and get whatever maximum you can recover.
