I’m an end-user looking to build a house in a premium society in Islamabad and have been considering DHA Margalla Enclave. Its location on Kuri Road, next to Margalla Hills and near Park View City and Bahria Enclave, is very appealing. I understand development is in full swing and possessions are expected within a year, which aligns perfectly with my timeline.
However, I’m aware that plots here are considered expensive. My budget allows for a residential plot, but I want to ensure that the “within a year” possession timeline is realistic and that there won’t be unexpected delays or additional development charges that could strain my finances. What should I specifically verify regarding the possession status and any hidden costs before making a purchase?
