Blue World City marketing is everywhere with so beautiful development and prices still look low, but I heard about NOC and legal issues in the past. What’s the real situation now? Is it safe for investment or should I stay away?
A lot of people get impressed when they visit because the gates, structures, roads, and branding look big. But in property, impressive development and safe investment are not always the same thing. The real issue is whether the project gives clean, dependable delivery and whether the buyer is getting something tangible, secure, and properly traceable.
So my advice would be: if you are tempted by Blue World City, stay away from files and paper-based speculation. Only look at physical land, and even then only if the location, ownership trail, and delivery position make sense. Otherwise, there are safer places to park money.
