Hi all, I’m interested in buying a plot in Park View City but I’m confused about its NOC status. Some dealers say the CDA approval is done, others say there are still issues. Can anyone confirm the latest legal status and whether it’s safe for long-term investment?
Park View City is in a much stronger category and makes sense as a serious long-term investment. It is legally approved, and that already puts it in a very different class from projects that keep saying “approval is in process.” On top of that, the recent home-finance understanding with UBL gives it extra institutional backing, which matters because banks do not casually attach themselves to completely uncertain projects.
Another reason Park View City looks better now is that this whole belt is becoming more important. With DHA Gandhara entering the wider neighborhood and access routes improving, this region is gradually becoming more connected and more attractive for investment. So in simple words, yes, Park View City makes sense, and today it looks more secure and more relevant than many people gave it credit for a few years ago.
