DHA Gandhara files from land providers – safe or risky before launch?

I’m looking at DHA Gandhara and seeing a lot of files being sold by third-party land providers. I know DHA hasn’t officially launched it or issued direct registrations yet. My main worry is what happens if DHA decides to disown these land providers later on, like they did with Royal Enterprises recently. What’s the actual security for our investment if we buy through these third parties now, and could we lose our money if DHA cuts ties with them?

Is it better to just wait for the official launch and buy directly from DHA, even if prices go up? I need some solid advice on this before making a decision.
