Taiser Town Scheme 45 Karachi Balloting Results Announced
Malir Development Authority has successfully conducted computerized balloting of Taiser Town Scheme 45 Karachi to pick out 20,000 successful applicants out of more than 170,000 applications from across Pakistan. Such a large number of applications for this project reflect the trust of general public in this mega housing project in Karachi.
The ballot ceremony was held at Beach Luxury Hotel on Friday, July 19, 2019. The results have been published online for the convenience of applicants. MDA is sending congratulation sms to the successful applicants, and soon the confirmation letters will be couriered to their registered addresses.
In case you have not received any sms from MDA, it is important that you confirm your ballot result online using the online database. All you need to do is select your applied plot category and enter your form number & CNIC/NICOP number in order to check your result.

Congratulations to those who have been declared successful in the ballot. They will have to pay development charges as per their payment schedule at the following rate:
- Rs 1000 per Sq.Yards for 80 Sq.Yards Plots, i.e. 80,000/-
- Rs 1500 per Sq.Yards for 120 Sq.Yards Plots, i.e. 180,000/-
- Rs 1800 per Sq.Yards for 240 Sq.Yards Plots, i.e. 432,000/-
- Rs 2000 per Sq.Yards for 400 Sq.Yards Plots, i.e. 800,000/-
Those who have not come out successful in the ballot, they can get back their refundable amount by showing their CNIC and registration slip at the same branch of Silk Bank where they had deposited the amount.
