The Spire Mall & Residency Islamabad Declared Illegal by CDA

Spire Mall and Residency

Capital Development Authority has issued a notice regarding “The Spire Mall & Residency” declaring it illegal and refraining general public not to indulge in any sale purchase activity in this project.

According to the notice, “The Spire Mall & Residency”, which is launched on plot no. RC-1, Main Service Road (east), Expressway Khanna Dak, Zone 4, Islamabad, is being advertised without obtaining approval from CDA. Additionally, the commercial building/plaza is being constructed without obtaining approval of building plan from CDA. This state of affairs is potentially threatening to the lives and properties of general public due to non-adherence of Islamabad Building Rules 2005.

General public is warned to refrain from any booking/sale/purchase of any commercial/residential unit in “The Spire Mall & Residency”. SNGPL, IESCO & PTCL have stopped illegal connections to the buildings which are being constructed without approval from CDA.

The sponsors of “The Spire Mall & Residency” are also warned to stop illegal advertising/marketing/construction of the project, failing which CDA will initiate strict punitive action against the builder under CDA Ordinance 1960 and ICT Regulations 1992.
