New Possessions in Bahria Town Phase 8
According to the details, possession process has started in Bahria Town Phase 8 Sector G, I, L, N and P. The possession of G,I and L was already expected and it had been a hot discussion topic in the market recently. But the possession of N and P is a surprise for most of the people.
Earlier in the beginning of February 2014, an advertisement came in the newspaper which disclosed that 3 sectors of bahria town phase 8 were going to get possession within a month. However, that advertisement did not disclose the names of those sectors. The market had been expecting the possessions of Sector G and I since the last quarter of 2013, but the possessions got delayed. The advertisement further discloses the possessions coming in Garden City Zones 1,2,3,4 and 5. The possession process has been started by Bahria Town as per the advertisement and now the value of plots in these zones will increase.
Ground Breaking of Central Customer Support Center
Bahria Town has also inaugurated its central customer support center in Business District Commercial Area of Phase 8. The ground breaking of the new office has been conducted earlier this month. The central customer support center will cause the area of business district to revive as the launch of business district commercials have seen a negative response due to the high prices. Otherwise, the business district is a prime location in phase 8 which is the future commercial hub of Bahria Town.
Future Expectations
After these current possessions, only blocks left without possession will be F2, F3, F4, F5, J, K, M and Phase 8 Extension. All of these sectors except the Phase 8 Extension are expected to get possession by the end of this year or during the year 2015. So, these are the next investment targets for investors.
