However if you calculate the distance, it will measure around 7 KM from Ring Road Interchange, and around 22 KM from Kalma Chowk. 3.5 Marla Villas have covered area of approximately 1400 square feet. These villas have 3 bedrooms with attached bath, lounge, kitchen and car porch. Single and Double unit options are available, so you can choose your layout plan as per your requirement.
