New City Paradise Introduces Revised Plot Prices
New City Paradise revised prices are disclosed by the management, as per the officials of the society. 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal plot prices are revised by New City Paradise. New prices for the mentioned plots will be applicable for booking shortly.
New City Paradise is a modern housing project emerging in the premises of the Twin Cities. It is a comprehensive project offering a mix of residential and commercial plots. It is already approved by Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA). It is a project of New City Developers; they have meticulously planned it to become suitable for investments as well as the living. The society was planning to revise the rates for some time and they released new rates of plots in mid of October 2022. The price increment decision was taken by management owing to the increasing prices in the real estate market of the country.
New City Paradise 5 Marla Plot New Price
- The old price of 5 Marla plots was PKR 1,850,000/-, however, the new price of 5 Marla residential is PKR 1,975,000/-. The installments and down payment will also increase according to the new prices. The management has added PKR 125,000/- to the old price.
New City Paradise 10 Marla Plot New Price
- New City Paradise has come with a new price for 10 Marla plots that is around PKR 3,700,000/- whereas the old price was PKR 3,550,000/-. PKR 150,000/- has been added to the old price of 10 Marla residential plots. Booking and installment will also change as per the new price.
New City Paradise 1 Kanal Marla Plot New Price
- 1 Kanal plot prices are also revised by the management. 1 Kanal plots were available for PKR 6,750,000/- but now they will be available for PKR 7,000,000/-. The price change is PKR 250,000/-.
Note: New City Paradise revised prices are disclosed by the management, but they have not implemented them as of yet. Therefore, you can still get the desired plot at the old prices. But, this offer will expire soon and new rates will be applied to all bookings.
