MPCHS B-17 Islamabad Launches 1 Kanal & 2 Kanal Plots in G Block
MPCHS has launched a new deal of 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots in Block G of Multi Gardens, Sector B-17, Islamabad. These new plots are being offered for booking on about 50% down payment, while remaining amount will be payable in 6 months through easy installments schedule. Bookings are open until 20th April, 2020, while plot numbers will be allotted through ballot on April 30, 2020.
These new plots are ideally located right next to Faisal Margalla City along the road connecting B-17 G Block with Faisal Hills.

- Total Plot Price: 12,550,000/- PKR
- Down Payment with Application: 5,847,500/- PKR
- On Possession: 855,000/- PKR
Please note that remaining amounts will be payable through installments as per the schedule given by MPCHS.
