CDA has issued a list of illegal commercial projects which are being advertised for booking and which are located across different sectors and housing schemes that lie under the jurisdiction of Capital Development Authority.
CDA has simply repeated its tradition of publishing warning ads rather than taking practical steps to stop the developers from making bookings and carry on development work until approval is taken from CDA.
Following is the list of illegal projects:
Akbar Arcade, Gulberg Greens Islamabad Marketed by Star Marketing
Samama Star Mall & Residency, Gulberg Greens
Golden Heights Gulberg Greens Marketed by Sweet Homes Marketing
Abbas Arcade, B-17 Multi Gardens Advertised by Earth Marketing
Creative Mall, PECHS advertised by Mian Brothers
Ghousia Arcade, F-17 Telegardens
Soan Arcade, Soan Gardens Marketed by Star Marketing
Capital Mall & Residency, Bahria Enclave Islamabad
Pine Heights Luxury Apartments, D-17, Islamabad
Margalla Oaks on Kashmir Highway Opposite NUST Gate no. 3
Sapphire Mall, B-17, Advertised by Al-Ain Marketing
Jinnah Emporium Executive Block, Jinnah Gardens
Zara Heights, H-13, Advertised by Realtime Marketing
Royal Mall & Residency, Bahria Enclave Islamabad

Capital Resort, E-11 Islamabad
Avenue Arcade, B-17 Islamabad
Fortune Destiny, Gulberg Greens Islamabad
Amal Heights, B-17 Islamabad
Capital Square, B-17 Islamabad
Luxus Mall, Gulberg Greens Islamabad
Ironically, CDA has included all projects which started couple of years ago, and some of them are near completion. CDA never published anything about the legality of given projects when general public was booking commercials or apartments.
Apparently, all commercial projects in B-17, Gulberg and Bahria Enclave have been included in the list. We do not think it will affect the projects in any way, but we are just publishing the list as published by CDA for the notice of general public.
