LDA City Lahore Balloting Date Announced
LDA City Lahore has announced the most awaited location ballot date, whereby about 9000 files will be allotted plot numbers in LDA City Phase 1. Consequently, the possessions will be conferred to the successful members in due course.
The project has suffered from massive irregularities and unnecessary delays due to public-private partnership model. However, after the involvement of the Supreme Court, LDA is striving to meet the development deadlines by procuring requisite land for LDA City Phase 1 and accelerating development work.

The computerized ballot date of LDA City Lahore is 30th of November, 2019. The last date to purchase a new file in order to be included in the first ballot is 15th of October 2019.
Following are the latest cash prices of plots in LDA City:
- 5 Marla Plot: 21,90,000/-
- 10 Marla Plot: 31,90,000/-
- 1 Kanal Plot: 48,90,000/-
Lahore Development Authority has instructed all development partners to speed up the process of land procurement in order to allot plots to all the file holders. This first ballot is being held in compliance with the directives of Hon’able Supreme Court to allot plots and hand over possessions to 9000 members.
LDA has also announced to reduce the development charges of file holders by half in order to make up for the unwarranted delays caused by mismanagement.
