Hoshang Pearl and Opal 225 Registration Opening Continues Till February
Bahria Town Karachi unveiled its two ultra modern community towers at fully developed locations of Karachi. Opal 225 and Hoshang Pearl towers are currently under construction and expected to be completed by 2016.
Registration forms for Hoshang Pearl and Opal 225 were issued this month and all sold out within a few hours of the first day. This project has seen tremendous demand as prices of unfilled forms reached up to 1 lac rupees per form on the next day of the issuance of forms.
Forms were submitted by 16th of December and transfers started on 20th of December. Now registration opening has started since 26th of December and it will continue up to 28th of February.
Open forms are now being traded at good profit in the market and there are many buyers for these open forms. Bahria Town has cautioned the holders of Open forms to transfer them by or before 10th of March.
