Gwadar Central has been one of the preferred investment choices in Gwadar due to its background, central location, legal status, and development standards. Gwadar Central had increased its residential and commercial plot prices by 20% about 2 months ago, when 50% of the project was sold out. The prices are expected to be revised again after 75% plots are booked, so it is a good opportunity to reserve some good location plots and earn short term gain.
The society offers 2 years installment plan, unlike the neighboring counterparts which offer 3 to 4 years installment plan. Bookings start from 20% down payment, but if you want to choose your plot number, you have to book with 40% down payment. Remaining amount is payable through 24 monthly or 8 equal quarterly installments.
