IBECHS has launched different sizes of commercial plots at the prime location of business square on installments. Commercial plots are available on first come first served basis and there are limited options available for booking. Booking starts from 10% down payment and remaining amount is payable through installments.
Business Square Commercial plots are not located on main gulberg expressway, rather the location is on 160ft wide park avenue separating blocks A and C.
Business Square commercial plots are fully developed so you can get possession right after the down payment and start construction work of your commercial plaza. Remaining installments will be paid as per schedule. Please note that different payment plans are available for the convenience of buyers.
