General Body Meeting of IBECHS is to be held on Monday, the 10th of November 2014 at 2:00 PM at “K” Pak secretariat Islamabad. Respected members of the society will be informed about the progress of the society, and they will be taken into confidence for future plans.
Agenda of the meeting is given below:
- Approval of accounts audit for the year 2012-2013
- Budget Details and approval for the years 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
- Details and approval of the decisions of Management Committee from 17th June 2012 onwards.
- Approval of newly registered memberships.
- Details of purchased land in Phase 3 and its agreements. Details and audit of expenditures done in this regard.
- Details and approval of the steps taken for the construction of Gulberg Expressway since 17th June 2012 onwards.
- Approval of the amendments in society by-laws
- Details and approval of the matters related to Gulberg Greens.
- Approval of School, Dispensary/Hospital for the welfare of society members.
- Details and approval of scheme for construction of flats for the welfare of members.
- Details and approval of expenditures done for the development of Phase 1, 2 and 3 since 17th June 2012.
- Details and approval of expenditures made for provision of Sui Gas and Electricity.
- Details and approvals of steps taken for the welfare of disabled employees of Intelligence Bureau.
- Discussion on suggestions from members and making strategy for the future.
It is requested to all respected members that they should attend this general body meeting. Food will be served to the members after the meeting by the society.
