FGEHA Launches Studio Apartments in Lifestyle Residency G-13 Islamabad
Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has launched a limited number of exclusive studio apartments in its flagship project “Lifestyle Residency” in Sector G-13 Islamabad. Bookings are available on first come first served basis, so it is recommended to grab this exclusive offer without delay.
According to the newspaper advertisement, prices of these studio apartments start from 3175500/- PKR, and bookings start from just 23% down payment, i.e. 730365/- PKR. Remaining amount will be payable through 4 equal quarterly installments, i.e. one year installment plan.Â
In case of 50% upfront payment, 5% discount is being offered. Similarly, there is 10% discount on 100% upfront payment at the time of booking.
Lifestyle Residency is a successful residential project of FGEHA, and it is very much in demand especially due to its location right at the entrance of Sector G-13. Construction work is also going on smoothly, and grey structures of apartments have already been completed. Possession of studio apartments will be handed over within one year.
