Executive Lifestyle Residency Apartments Karachi by FGEHF and EHFPRO
Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) and EHFPRO have opened membership drive for high-rise residential project “Executive Lifestyle Residency Apartments” in Karachi Cantt.
FGEHF and EHFPRO have already launched similar hi-rise project in sector G-13/1 Islamabad by the name of “Lifestyle Residency” where construction work is already in progress.
Executive Lifestyle Residency Apartments will consist of 22 storey high rise buildings, and the project is ideally located at about 1KM distance from Clifton in Karachi Cantt Area. We will update the exact location map of the project as soon as it is available.
FGEHF normally launches projects for the federal government employees with little quota reserved for other professionals, widows, journalists etc as well as general public. Here also, about 25% quota is reserved for general public, while more than 50% is reserved for federal government employees across Pakistan.
Price per sqft for federal government employees starts from as low as PKR 5150/sqft, however general public will have to pay about double of that price per sqft.
Membership drive starts from 2nd October 2017 up to 29th October 2017. Considering the projected features and location of the project, this is certainly a profitable investment option available today.

You can simply download the given application form, take prints and fill out the form according to given instructions on the form. Filled out forms along with membership fee PKR 100,000/- or 1 Lac Rupees (refundable or adjustable) can be submitted in any branch of MCB bank across Pakistan.
