All Pakistanis living inside the country or overseas Pakistanis are eligible to apply for DHA Multan Villas. Booking forms can be filled online at (https://eapp.dhamultan.org/dhavillasonline/) or can be obtained from all branches of designated banks across the country.
Following are the designated banks where you can get your forms and deposit your application fee:

3- Meezan Bank
4- MCB Bank
5- Bank Islami
In case you submit your application online, you can make payment through your credit or debit cards. In case of payment through cash, you can fill in your form online at (https://eapp.dhamultan.org/dhavillasonline/), get print out of the filled in form, and submit the same along with your fee at any branch of the designated banks.
After submission of payment, you need to send duly paid and stamped application to DHA Villa Application Cell, DHA Multan, 01-Multan Public School Road, Multan OR P.O Box No. 12, Multan.

Those who are interested to apply for these villas can submit their applications by 28th September 2018 along with partial booking fee (refundable) and application processing fee (non-refundable). One application form is valid for one villa only, so if you want to apply for different sizes of villas, you will need to submit different applications for each villa.
Those who come out successful after the balloting of applications, their booking fee will be adjusted in the down payment and remaining 25% down payment will be payable within 30 days from the date of ballot. In case of failure, the applicant will be able to get refund of their booking fee from designated banks after 30 days of ballot.
