Commoners Town Joins Hands with HRL for Sky Gardens Housing Project

Commoners Sky Gardens, a project of Commoners Town, has joined hands with Habib Rafique (pvt) Limited for the development of its Commoners Flowers Valley. HRL is a reputable name in the housing development industry. An agreement has been signed between the two for fast paced development of the Commoners Flower Valley.

Commoners Town is a reputable name in the real estate market which has already developed commoners town phase 1 and 2 (presently part of DHA Phase 2). The society has recently launched its mega project comprising 15000 Kanals of land with a commitment to build a model housing scheme at the prime location of Islamabad zone 4 near Bahria Golf City on Murree Road.

The Project, named as Commoners Sky Gardens, launched its first block which is named as “Commoners Flower Valley” where prices were kept very reasonable with 3 years installment plan. The block was launched on January 2014 and it fetched profit of up to 10 lac per 1 kanal file in one month.

The project has 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots, and the prices are given below:

  • 10 marla total price 18 lac. Down Payment 1.90 lac and remaining in 3 years quarterly installments.
  • 1 kanal total price 30 lac. Down Payment 3.10 lac and remaining in 3 years quarterly installments.
  • 2 kanal total price 55 lac. Down payment 5.60 lac and remaining in 3 years quarterly installments.

These files are available in the market and minimum profit is around 6 lac for a 10 marla file.

Commoners Town is going to launch another block by the name of “Commoners Dream Valley” where it claims to have acquired the land. This new block or phase of Sky Gardens is going to be launched very soon where expected base prices might be almost double as compared with the previous launch.

Note: Commoners Sky Gardens has not acquired NOC from CDA and it is still listed in the illegal housing schemes of Islamabad Zone 4.
