CDA to Auction Premium Commercial Plots in August 2021
Capital Development Authority has recently introduced excellent new commercial investment opportunities in the capital city Islamabad. CDA has announced an open auction for commercial plots of different sizes belonging to different categories, that too, in various developed sectors of Islamabad. Commercial plots of blue areas will also be up for bidding in the auction.
Date and Venue
The auction will take place at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad on 4th and 5th of August, 2021. Bidding process will start at 10 am sharp, so make sure of your presence if you want to get your hands on the exceptionally valuable commercial properties in Islamabad.
Terms and Conditions
CDA has rolled out some special instructions for the attendees, mandatory to be fulfilled:
- In case of a successful bid, investors need to pay 25% of the total amount as the first installment within a limited time frame of 30 days.
- Advanced tax will be collected on pro-rata basis.
- Investors can avail a solid 10% percent discount if they pay the whole amount in 30 days.
- Investors can opt for the building plan approval after paying the first installment.
- Construction work can be initiated instantly after clearing full payment.
Facilitation
- Spacious Car Parking.
- A facilitation team will be present at the event to guide the investors.
