CDA has issued a public notice regarding illegal sale purchase activity of land in Zone 3 of Islamabad. According to zoning regulations 1992 of CDA, zone 3 consists of margalla hills and adjoining area where no housing development is allowed in order to preserve natural greenery of Islamabad.
Despite the ban on land development, there are many private projects where plots are being sold to general public and housing development is being carried out. CDA has started operation against such encroachments and illegal activities.
General public is directed in their own interest to refrain from indulging in any sale purchase activity in Zone 3 Islamabad, otherwise CDA will take legal action against such violations.
